Sider Qualifications

• Background in construction (3-5 years experience preferred)

• Experience installing all different types of siding, including but not limited to: vinyl, cement board, cedar, cedar impressions, and smartside. (Experience in vinyl and Hardie board siding preferred)

• Reliable and timely transportation to and from work

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Proper siding tools and equipment; knowledge and ability to safely and efficiently operate equipment

Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships; provide an excellent customer service experience and ensure client satisfaction

• Proactively seek out and follow up on leads; communicate with residential home-owners to provide construction and roofing solutions

• Type and edit client contracts; develop professional correspondence with clients and communicate effectively over the phone, via email and in-person

• Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance expectations; consistently drive increasing revenue

• Educate prospective clients about roofing products and services; represent the company and its services

• Analyze the needs of existing and prospective clients; perform cost-benefit analysis when educating clients about roofing and construction services

Sales Representative Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience

• Record of achieving and exceeding sales metrics

• Construction background preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Self-motivation and ability to work independently

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and the ability to type and edit contracts
